I was responsible for creating a fresh voice and messaging platform for the car rental OG.
The yearlong project began with client workshops and concluded with creative agency training.
The resulting brand guidelines cemented Budget's fresh new tone, which is decidedly more neighborly welcoming and informal than robotic pleasantries.
